Operations

IS Tools continuously improve and develop our cloud service. It is vital to have all our environments secure and up to date, and at the same time be able to offer new functionality and an improved user experience. Updates for third party software are issued more frequently why our environments need continuous maintenance. To the extent possible we perform the service outside our customers' working hours, although some actions require downtime. We maintain a high service availability, but also make continuous improvements to reach even higher.

Maintenance window

Our planned maintenance windows are scheduled as below. These windows are only used when necessary.

Wednesday from 20:00 to 20:15 CEST
This window is for activities such as minor updates for the operating environments. The maintenance is announced on the login page on the same day at 16:00 CEST.
The second and fourth Sunday of the month, from 18:00 to 21:00 CEST
This window is for activities involving upgrades and major updates. The maintenance is announced on the login page from Thursday the same week at 12:00 CEST.
