Keyboard shortcut for menu items

A menu search dialog is shown when the keyboard combination ctrl+k is pressed. This dialog enables case insensitive searching among the menu items directly with implicit asterisk before and after. Finding the menu item "User Search" using either "user" or "search" as input is possible. If there are several results, arrow keys can be used to select the sought item, and enter will instruct the browser to load the selected item.
