1. Do you need to read a manual to get started?
2. Number two is actually missing...
3. Is the user told what option every step along the way?
4. Is the user faced with having to understand technical terms?
5. Are the tools entertaining?
6. Does the platform encourage and permit individuality?
7. Is the platform complete?
8. Does the platform focus the user on what they want to do, rather than how they need to do it?
9. Does the platform protect users from themselves?
10. Are results reached without explanation?
